Purpose of award: To reward outstanding student athletes.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia, high school seniors and participate in a high school or club sport. Applicants must describe in 75 words or less how drinking milk has been a part of their life and training regimen.
